What is Neuroeducational Testing?
A comprehensive look at how a person learns.
Rather than looking at one skill or test score in isolation, a LinkED neuroeducational evaluation examines several areas that work together to influence learning.Â
Cognitive Abilities
How a person reasons, processes information, solves problems, and approaches learning.
Academic Achievement
Skills in areas such as reading, writing, spelling, and math.

When ADHD is a concern, additional evaluation with our psychologist may be recommended.
Additional Areas When Needed
Your diagnostician may select additional educational testing when needed to provide a more complete picture. There is no additional charge for testing administered by the diagnostician.Â
Testing Designed Around You
Because no two learners are exactly alike.
There isn't a one-size-fits-all testing battery.

Before testing, we gather information about the individual's history, experiences, and current concerns. When appropriate, we may gather input from parents, teachers, or others who know the individual well.

Your diagnostician then selects the assessments that will provide the most useful information for that person.Â

Review Your Results

Approximately 2-3 weeks after testing, you'll meet with your diagnostician to review the findings, understand what they mean, ask questions, and discuss recommendations.

You'll receive a comprehensive written report documenting your results and recommendations.

Support Accommodations​
​
Receive comprehensive documentation that may support requests for appropriate academic or testing accommodations.
​
Specific accommodations and eligibility requirements are determined by the school, institution, or testing organization.

We Put the Pieces Together

Your diagnostician analyzes the results to identify patterns of strengths, challenges, and learning differences.

When another LinkED professional is involved, those findings are incorporated into the evaluation so you receive one integrated, comprehensive report.

Complete Your Testing
​
Neuroeducational testing is typically completed in one session lasting approximately 3-5 hours. You'll work one-on-one with an experienced educational diagnostician, and testing is selected specifically for your needs.

If an additional evaluation with another provider is needed, such as an ADHD evaluation with our psychologist, that appointment is scheduled separately and involves an additional fee.
